Michael Niccolini is co-founder of Access Capital Mortgage and serves as its Branch Manager. Since its founding in 2003, Mr. Niccolini has been responsible for all aspects of the growth and strategic direction of the company.
Additionally, Mr. Niccolini has founded numerous successful companies in the residential real estate market, including founding Greenleaf Title and Escrow in 2001. Prior to ACM, he served as Senior Counsel at Micro Strategy, Inc. Mr. Niccolini earned a Juris Doctor of Law from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. from Cornell University. He serves on the boards of directors of the David L. Holder Education Foundation and the Baltimore Curriculum Project, Maryland’s largest charter school operator.
Mr. Niccolini lives in Baltimore, MD with his wife and three children.
