Alex Lieb grew up in a family restaurant business and has always strived for providing excellent customer service. After receiving an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force and completing his degree in Communications from the Pennsylvania State University, Alex went on to work in publishing and eventually gravitated back to working in customer service and sales, moving up from Loan Officer to Manager to his current position of Operations Manager. In this capacity, Alex assists loan officers and loan processors on loans from application to closing in order to ensure borrowers have a successful settlement.
Alex resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife, Janet, and two children, Andrew and Catherine. Alex is also a member of Disabled American Veterans, the American Legion, Knights of Columbus, and the Metro Washington Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association. He is active in volunteering, when the opportunity arises, on behalf of veterans for groups such as DAV, Wounded Paw Project (serving as the Maryland Ambassador), Hero Dogs, Luke’s Wings and USASOA (United States of America Soldiers and Sailors).
Lastly, Alex is a member of the Heroe’s Home Advantage program, helping our veteran’s and our neighborhood teacher’s and first responders get into a home with the benefits that come with the program such as a 25% credit from the realtor and up to $500 from the lender.
And now you get to say, "My work here is done." You've been great through this whole process, sir. I wish I could say we'll be doing business again soon but I intend on staying in this place until I retire. But you can be assured that if I am looking to finance a vacation home or get away I'll be coming right back to you again.
